Refund policy

The short version: change or cancel within 24 hours for a full refund · you approve photos before finishing · damaged, defective or wrong items are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you · refunds to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.

Cancellations and changes

Every piece is built to your order. You may change or cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production starts we can often still adjust size or finish - contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Made-to-order pieces

Before finishing, you receive photos of your actual piece for approval - this is your chance to request adjustments. Once you approve and finishing begins, made-to-order furniture and wall art is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Freight damage & defects

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item; we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you. Workmanship defects are covered for 12 months.

Natural variation in grain, knots and colour, and minor dimensional variance (up to 1 inch on large pieces), are characteristics of handmade solid wood and are not defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
